This letter, issued on conference letterhead, confirms your registration status and the dates and location of the event, serving as a legitimate supplementary document for institutional approvals, funding applications, or travel planning purposes.
To obtain your invitation letter, please ensure that your registration is fully completed and payment has been confirmed. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, accompanied by your full name as it appears on your passport, institutional affiliation, and country of residence. The secretariat endeavors to process and dispatch letters within five business days of a complete request.
Please note that while the conference secretariat provides this invitation letter in good faith to support your travel preparation, issuance of this document does not guarantee the approval of a visa or any travel authorization. All visa-related decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities of Canada, and applicants are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process as early as possible and consult the appropriate embassy or consulate for guidance.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.

Every manuscript submitted to the 45th International Conference on African Business and Technology undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each paper evaluated by a minimum of two independent experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
