Invitation Letter Support
Delegates traveling internationally to attend ICSCM 2027 in Mississauga may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat once their registration and payment have been confirmed. This document is issued on conference letterhead and includes your name, registration details, event dates, and venue information—precisely the details most commonly required when preparing a Canadian visitor visa application.
To request your invitation letter, simply complete the online form available in the registrant portal and allow up to five business days for processing. The secretariat is available to answer questions about the letter’s content and can provide supplementary documentation where standard requirements of the applicant’s home country demand additional verification of the event’s legitimacy.
It is important to understand that while the conference organization is pleased to provide this supporting documentation as a courtesy to international attendees, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit. All visa and immigration decisions are made exclusively by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and relevant border authorities, and applicants are encouraged to begin their visa process well in advance of the conference dates.
