Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organisers does not guarantee, imply, or substitute for a visa or entry permit approval. All visa and immigration decisions rest exclusively with the relevant government authorities of Canada, and applicants are solely responsible for initiating and completing their visa applications in accordance with official requirements and timelines.
