Registered participants of the 44th International Conference on Cyber Security and Cloud Engineering may request an official invitation letter to support their travel and visa application process. These letters are issued by the conference secretariat following confirmation of a valid, paid registration and—where applicable—acceptance of a submitted paper or participation role.
To request your invitation letter, please complete the designated form available in your registration portal, ensuring that all personal details match your official identification documents exactly. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch letters within five business days of a completed request, though delegates are strongly advised to initiate this process well in advance of their country’s consular processing timelines.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organization does not guarantee, imply, or influence the outcome of any visa or entry permit application. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities of Canada, and attendees bear full responsibility for submitting complete and truthful applications to those authorities.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.

Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to the 44th International Conference on Cyber Security and Cloud Engineering is evaluated through a double-blind peer review process, with each paper assessed by a minimum of two independent expert reviewers drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
