Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants of ICSCCE 2027 who require documentation to support their travel arrangements may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter confirms your accepted registration or paper acceptance status and is issued on official conference letterhead to assist with your visa or institutional travel approval process.
To request your invitation letter, please ensure that your registration payment has been completed and that any accepted submission details are finalized. The secretariat will process requests in the order received and will deliver the letter electronically within the timeframe specified on the conference website. Attendees are advised to initiate this process well in advance of their country’s visa processing deadlines.
Please note that while the ICSCCE 2027 organizing committee is pleased to provide this invitation letter as a courtesy to registered participants, the document does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or commitment of any kind regarding visa approval. All immigration decisions rest exclusively with the Government of Canada and its authorized border and visa authorities.

Call for Papers – 43rd International Conference on Cyber Security and Cloud Engineering
ICSCCE 2027 welcomes original, unpublished research contributions that push the boundaries of cyber security science and cloud engineering practice. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every manuscript submitted to ICSCCE 2027 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by an international panel of domain experts drawn from academia, industry, and government research institutions.
