Invitation Letter Support
To support international attendees in making the necessary travel arrangements, the organizing committee of the 42nd International Conference on Business Management is pleased to issue official invitation letters upon successful registration. These letters confirm your participation status and provide the documentation typically required by employers, funding bodies, or academic institutions when requesting travel approvals or financial sponsorship.
Invitation letters are emailed promptly following the receipt of a confirmed registration. Attendees are advised to request their letter well in advance of their visa application deadline to ensure adequate processing time through the relevant consulate or embassy.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee will provide a formal and detailed invitation letter on official letterhead, the issuance of this document does not guarantee visa approval. All visa decisions rest solely with the immigration authorities of Canada, and applicants are responsible for meeting all entry requirements independently.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
