- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements may request one through the conference secretariat following confirmation of their registration and, where applicable, acceptance of their submission. Invitation letters are issued on official conference letterhead and include all relevant details pertaining to the event, including dates, venue, and the participant’s role.
To initiate your invitation letter request, please ensure that your registration fees have been settled and that you have received written confirmation of your accepted abstract or full paper. The secretariat typically processes invitation letter requests within three to five business days and will deliver the document via email in PDF format for submission to the relevant embassy or consulate.
It is important to understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the immigration and consular services of the destination country, and attendees are strongly advised to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 40th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Pan-African trade and AfCFTA implementation, Renewable energy technology and green business or African women in business and STEM leadership.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
