Registered participants who require an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements may request one through the conference secretariat following confirmation of their registration and, where applicable, acceptance of their submission. Invitation letters are issued on official conference letterhead and include all relevant details pertaining to the event, including dates, venue, and the participant’s role.

To initiate your invitation letter request, please ensure that your registration fees have been settled and that you have received written confirmation of your accepted abstract or full paper.
