Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements may request one through the conference secretariat following confirmation of their registration and, where applicable, acceptance of their submission. Invitation letters are issued on official conference letterhead and include all relevant details pertaining to the event, including dates, venue, and the participant’s role.
To initiate your invitation letter request, please ensure that your registration fees have been settled and that you have received written confirmation of your accepted abstract or full paper. The secretariat typically processes invitation letter requests within five to seven business days and will deliver the document via email in PDF format for submission to the relevant embassy or consulate.
It is important to understand that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the immigration and consular services of the destination country, and attendees are strongly advised to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
