Invitation Letter Support

To support international participants in making travel arrangements, the ICITCS 2026 organising committee provides official invitation letters to registered attendees upon request. These letters confirm your acceptance and participation status and are issued after full registration fees have been received, ensuring the document authentically reflects your standing as a confirmed conference participant.

Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: once your registration is complete, submit your full name, institutional affiliation, passport details, and mailing address through the dedicated request form on the conference website. The secretariat aims to dispatch verified invitation letters within five business days, giving you ample time to incorporate the document into any consular or institutional travel approval process.

Please be advised that the invitation letter issued by ICITCS 2026 is an official conference document intended solely to support your visa or travel authorisation application; it does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada, as all immigration decisions rest entirely with the relevant government authorities and are subject to each applicant’s individual circumstances.

Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that all registration fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.
  • Please make your own arrangements for visa (if applicable), accommodation and transportation.
  • After verifying your successful payment, a regular invitation letter will be sent within 3 business days.
  • Changes due to spelling or minor mistakes in the invitation letter will cost US$50.
  • Invitation letter will not be provided for the Domestic Listener (Early Bird) ticket category.

Disclaimer

  • ICITCS 2026 is an intentionally multidisciplinary event; topics may intersect information technology, computer science, and adjacent engineering or social science domains, and the programme content reflects the diversity of accepted submissions rather than a single narrowly defined research area.
  • Successful submission of a paper or expression of interest does not constitute confirmed attendance — participation is only secured upon completion of the official registration process and receipt of full payment, after which a confirmation notice will be issued by the conference secretariat.
  • Registered attendees are expected to be present for and actively participate in the sessions associated with their accepted papers or designated roles; non-attendance without prior written notice to the organisers may affect publication eligibility and future submission consideration.
