The invitation letter is issued on official conference letterhead and is typically dispatched within three to five business days of a verified registration. It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by the ICSCM 2027 organizing committee serves solely as evidence of conference participation and does not guarantee, influence, or substitute for any visa or entry permit decision. All visa applications remain subject to the sole authority of the relevant immigration and border services of Canada, and attendees are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

Paper and Abstract Submission
