Invitation Letter Support
Upon registration confirmation, the 38th International Conference on Supply Chain Management is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support delegates in making travel arrangements to Vaughan, Canada. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include key event details such as dates, venue, and the delegate’s acceptance status, serving as formal documentation of participation.
Invitation letters can be requested directly through the conference management portal following payment of registration fees. Our support team endeavors to process and dispatch these letters within three to five business days of a verified request. Delegates requiring expedited processing due to consular deadlines are encouraged to contact the organizing committee directly with sufficient advance notice.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, nor does it represent any obligation on the part of immigration authorities. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate of Canada, and delegates are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance and comply fully with all national immigration requirements.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
