Invitation letters can be requested directly through the conference management portal following payment of registration fees. Our support team endeavors to process and dispatch these letters within three to five business days of a verified request. Delegates requiring expedited processing due to consular deadlines are encouraged to contact the organizing committee directly with sufficient advance notice.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, nor does it represent any obligation on the part of immigration authorities. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
