Upon completing your registration for the 37th International Conference on Human Resource Management, participants may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your acceptance as a registered delegate, including relevant details such as the event dates, venue location in Toronto, Canada, and your presentation role if applicable.
Invitation letters are intended to assist attendees in securing institutional approval, obtaining travel funding from their employers or universities, or supporting administrative travel planning requirements. Requests are typically processed within five to seven business days of receipt, and delegates are encouraged to submit their requests well in advance of any internal deadlines or travel booking timelines.

- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
