Invitation Letter Support
Registered delegates of the 37th International Conference on Business Management may request an official invitation letter to assist with travel arrangements and visa application procedures. These letters are issued by the conference secretariat upon confirmation of completed registration and are addressed to the relevant embassy or consulate as required by the applicant.
The invitation letter will include key conference details such as the event title, location, dates, and the delegate’s registration status. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, and delegates are advised to allow sufficient processing time well in advance of any visa application deadlines imposed by the Canadian immigration authorities.
While the conference secretariat is committed to facilitating the travel process for all international participants, the issuance of an invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit. All visa decisions are made exclusively by the competent immigration and border services authorities, and delegates are solely responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for Canada.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
