Invitation Letter Support
Delegates travelling from outside Canada to the 36th International Conference on Human Resource Management in Vaughan can request an official invitation letter after they register. The letter is issued only to registered participants and, for authors, after the abstract or paper has been accepted.
Send your request through the conference website once your registration is complete. Enter your name, passport number and other details exactly as they appear in your passport, because a mismatch can make the letter unusable for a visa application. The letter is sent within three to five business days after the request is verified.
An invitation letter supports a visa application but does not guarantee approval. Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) makes every visa decision, so apply early and check the current entry requirements for your country on the official Government of Canada website.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
