Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 34th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership, attendees who require official documentation for travel purposes may submit a formal request for a conference invitation letter. This letter is issued by the organizing secretariat and serves as confirmation of your acceptance and participation in the Ajax, Canada event in 2027.
The invitation letter will include essential details such as the conference name, dates, venue, and the registrant’s name, and is intended solely to support the attendee’s travel and administrative arrangements. Requests should be submitted through the official registration portal after full payment has been confirmed, and letters are typically processed within three to five business days.
It is important to note that the issuance of an invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority of the destination country, and attendees are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference date.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
