Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require documentation to support international travel arrangements may request an official invitation letter from the ICITCS 2027 secretariat. This letter formally acknowledges your acceptance or registration status and is intended to assist in obtaining institutional approvals, travel funding, or leave of absence from your home organization.
To receive your personalized invitation letter, participants must complete their registration and, where applicable, have received notification of paper acceptance. Requests are typically fulfilled within five to seven business days and will be delivered digitally via the email address provided during registration.
While the ICITCS 2027 organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters upon request, it is important to note that issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the granting of a Canadian visa or entry permit. All visa decisions rest solely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and applicants are solely responsible for submitting complete and truthful applications to the relevant authorities.

- Submissions must be written in English.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
