Invitation letters issued by the conference include details such as the delegate’s full name, the conference title, dates, and the Markham venue, providing the necessary documentation to support travel planning and employer or funding body approvals. Each letter is signed by the conference chair and carries the official conference seal, ensuring it meets standard institutional and organizational requirements.
While the conference secretariat will make every effort to supply accurate and timely invitation documentation, it is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by any government or border authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration and consular offices, and delegates are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.
