Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants of the 34th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements and institutional or funding applications. These letters are issued upon confirmation of full registration and are prepared on official conference letterhead, clearly stating the event’s dates, venue in Brampton, Canada, and the participant’s role — whether as a presenter, co-author, or delegate.
To request an invitation letter, participants should submit their full name as it appears on their passport, institutional affiliation, and any specific details required by their sponsoring body or embassy. The conference secretariat endeavors to process all such requests promptly, typically within five to seven business days of receiving complete information, ensuring that attendees have adequate time to prepare their travel documentation.
It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by the conference is a facilitative document intended solely to support visa and travel applications; it does not in any way guarantee the issuance of a visa or entry permit to Canada. All visa-related decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities, and participants are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
