Invitation Letter Support
To support your participation in the 34th International Conference on African Business and Technology, the conference organizing committee issues official invitation letters to registered delegates upon request. These letters are formal documents confirming your acceptance to present or attend ICABT 2027 in Brampton, Canada, and are intended to assist with institutional approvals, travel funding applications, and visa documentation processes.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed the conference registration process and, where applicable, received notification of paper acceptance. Requests should be submitted through the official conference portal, and delegates are advised to apply well in advance of their country’s visa processing timelines to avoid complications. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch all invitation letters within five business days of a verified request.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICABT 2027 organizing committee does not guarantee, imply, or influence the outcome of any visa application. All decisions regarding entry into Canada rest entirely with the Government of Canada and its immigration authorities. Delegates are strongly encouraged to consult the relevant Canadian embassy or consulate in their country for accurate and current visa application requirements.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All full-paper submissions to ICABT 2027 undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by an international scientific committee comprising subject-matter experts in African business, technology, and development economics.
