These letters are issued solely upon completion of valid conference registration and confirmation of payment, and are intended to assist attendees in communicating the professional purpose of their visit to relevant authorities.
Invitation letters include the conference name, dates, location, and the registrant’s name and affiliation as provided during registration. Requests should be submitted through the designated portal on the conference website, and processing typically takes between three and five business days. Attendees are advised to apply well ahead of any visa or travel document deadlines to allow sufficient processing time.
