Invitation Letter Support

Upon completing registration for the 33rd International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science in Toronto, accepted participants and presenters may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter confirms your role in the event — whether as a speaker, author, or registered delegate — and includes key details such as the conference dates, venue, and your registration status, providing the documentation often required by institutional travel offices or funding bodies.

To initiate your invitation letter request, please contact the organizing committee through the official conference portal after your registration payment has been processed and confirmed. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch invitation letters promptly so that delegates have ample time to complete any necessary travel arrangements, book accommodation in Toronto, and coordinate with their home institutions regarding travel grants or reimbursements.

It is important to note that while the conference invitation letter is a legitimate supporting document for your travel application, it does not in any way guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the Government of Canada and the relevant immigration authorities. Applicants are strongly advised to begin their visa process as early as possible and to consult the official website of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada for accurate, up-to-date requirements.
