Upon completing your registration for the 32nd International Conference on Supply Chain Management, you may request an official invitation letter to support your travel and visa application process. This letter serves as formal documentation confirming your participation in the event and is issued by the conference secretariat on behalf of the organizing committee.
The invitation letter will include pertinent details such as your name, registration confirmation number, conference dates, and the Mississauga venue information. It is prepared specifically to assist attendees in presenting credible supporting documents to the relevant embassy or consulate when applying for a travel visa to Canada.
Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, nor does it obligate any immigration authority to grant entry. Visa decisions rest solely with the government body responsible for Canadian immigration, and applicants are encouraged to apply well in advance and comply with all requirements of the applicable consulate.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
