Invitation Letter Support
To support international participants in attending the 32nd International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science in Vaughan, Canada, the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters upon request. These letters are issued exclusively to registered attendees or accepted paper authors and are intended to assist in the preparation of travel documentation and visa applications.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal following the completion of registration or paper acceptance notification. The secretariat endeavors to process all requests promptly; however, applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates to accommodate varying consular processing timelines.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

The organizing committee of the 32nd ICITCS invites original, unpublished research contributions from scholars and practitioners working across all domains of information technology and computer science. Submitted manuscripts will undergo double-blind peer review, and accepted papers may be considered for the official conference proceedings.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 32nd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Quantum computing algorithms and complexity, Explainable and trustworthy AI or Green computing and energy-efficient hardware.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
