Invitation Letter Support
To support the attendance of international delegates, the 31st International Conference on Business Management is pleased to provide official invitation letters upon request to registered participants. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include pertinent event details such as dates, venue, and the participant’s registration status, serving as formal documentation of your acceptance and participation in the event.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed a valid conference registration and, where applicable, have had their submitted paper accepted through the review process. Requests must be submitted through the official conference secretariat with the required personal and institutional details, and letters will be dispatched in a timely manner to allow sufficient time for visa or travel authorization applications.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body. Visa decisions rest entirely with the appropriate consular or immigration officials, and participants are strongly encouraged to apply well in advance of the conference dates through the proper channels.
