Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration for the 31st International Conference on Accounting and Financial Management, participants may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your acceptance as a delegate, speaker, or co-author, serving as a credible supporting document for institutional funding applications, employer approvals, or travel planning purposes.
To initiate your invitation letter request, simply complete the registration process and submit the corresponding request form through the attendee portal, including your full legal name, institutional affiliation, paper or session details, and intended travel dates. The secretariat endeavors to process and dispatch all invitation letters within five working days of receiving a complete and verified request.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to registered participants, the issuance of this letter does not constitute any guarantee, assurance, or endorsement regarding visa approval or entry into Canada.
