Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your conference registration, you may formally request an official invitation letter from the organizing committee to support your travel and visa documentation. This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your participation status, the dates and location of the event, and any relevant details required by consular authorities.
Invitation letters are typically processed within five to seven business days of a verified registration and full payment. We encourage international delegates to submit their requests well in advance of their visa application deadlines, as processing times at embassies and consulates can vary considerably by country of origin. The organizing team is available to assist with any additional documentation that may reasonably be provided.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government authority. All visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration body, and the conference bears no responsibility for outcomes of visa applications submitted by registered participants.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
