Invitation Letter Support
To support international delegates planning their travel to Markham, the conference organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters upon request. These letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed a valid registration and, where applicable, have had a paper accepted for presentation. The letter formally confirms your participation in the 30th International Conference on Information Technology and Computer Science and includes relevant conference dates, venue details, and the delegate’s registration status.
Requesting an invitation letter is straightforward: once your registration payment is confirmed, you may submit your request through the designated portal on the conference website, providing your full legal name as it appears on your travel document, institutional affiliation, and country of residence. The organizing team endeavors to process and dispatch these letters promptly, recognizing that visa application timelines can be time-sensitive for delegates traveling from certain regions.
It is important for all delegates to understand that an official invitation letter from the conference serves solely as documentation of your registration and intended participation — it does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Immigration decisions rest entirely with the relevant government authorities, and delegates are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance and consult their nearest Canadian embassy or consulate for guidance specific to their nationality and circumstances.
