Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your registration for ICHRM 2027, you may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support your travel arrangements. This letter is issued on official conference letterhead and confirms your role as a registered participant, presenter, or session chair, providing the documentation commonly required by embassies and consular offices when processing travel applications.
Invitation letters are typically processed within three to five business days of a verified registration and payment. The letter will include your full name, passport details as provided during registration, the exact conference dates, and the venue address in Richmond Hill, Canada. Delegates are encouraged to request this document well in advance of any visa application deadlines to allow sufficient processing time.
Please note that while the ICHRM 2027 organizing committee is pleased to provide invitation letters as a courtesy to registered delegates, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit by any government authority.
