Upon successful registration, delegates to the 30th International Conference on Economics may request an official invitation letter issued by the conference secretariat. This document confirms your acceptance as a participant or presenter and provides details about the event dates, venue location in Mississauga, Canada, and your registration status — information commonly required when making travel and accommodation arrangements.
To obtain your invitation letter, please ensure that your registration payment has been fully processed and that any associated abstract or paper submission has received confirmation from the organizing committee. Requests are typically fulfilled within five business days and are issued electronically in PDF format bearing the official conference letterhead and authorized signature.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide invitation letters as a courtesy to registered delegates, the issuance of such a letter does not in any way guarantee the granting of a visa or entry permit by Canadian immigration authorities or any other relevant government body. Visa decisions rest solely with the appropriate consulate or embassy, and delegates are advised to apply well in advance of the conference dates.
