Registered participants who require an official letter to support their travel arrangements may submit a request to the conference secretariat following confirmation of their registration and payment. The invitation letter is prepared on official conference letterhead and includes the attendee’s name, institutional affiliation, conference dates, and the Markham venue details, providing the documentation commonly required by embassies and consulate offices.
To initiate the request, attendees should complete the invitation letter application form available on the conference portal and attach proof of registration. The secretariat typically processes requests within five to seven business days, and letters are delivered via email in PDF format to ensure prompt receipt regardless of the applicant’s location worldwide.
It is important to note that the official invitation letter issued by the conference secretariat is intended solely to support the attendee’s visa or travel authorization application and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval.
