Invitation letters are typically processed within five business days of registration confirmation and are delivered electronically to the email address provided during sign-up. If your institution or embassy requires a customized letter format or additional supporting documentation, please contact the conference secretariat directly so that your specific requirements can be accommodated in a timely manner.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is happy to provide official invitation and support letters to assist delegates with their travel preparations, the issuance of such documentation does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa applications remain subject to the sole authority and discretion of the relevant immigration authorities, and delegates are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

All manuscripts submitted to the 30th International Conference on Business Management undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, whereby each paper is independently evaluated by at least two subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
