- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
To support your travel planning and administrative requirements, the conference secretariat can issue an official invitation letter upon successful registration and full payment of the applicable conference fee. This letter confirms your participation status and provides details about the event dates, venue location in Vaughan, Canada, and your role as a presenter or general attendee.
Invitation letters are dispatched electronically within three to five business days of registration confirmation and are formatted to meet common institutional and embassy documentation standards. If your organization or funding body requires specific information to be included in the letter, please contact the secretariat promptly with your requirements so the document can be tailored accordingly.
Please be advised that while the conference invitation letter serves as a formal acknowledgment of your accepted participation and may support a visa application to Canada, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval in any form. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant Canadian immigration authorities, and attendees are strongly encouraged to begin the visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.

Call for Papers – 2nd International Conference on Strategic Management and Planning
Scholars and practitioners are invited to submit original, unpublished work that interrogates the evolving landscape of strategic management and planning across industries, geographies, and organizational scales. The 2026 Vaughan edition particularly welcomes interdisciplinary contributions that challenge conventional wisdom and propose novel frameworks with real-world applicability.
Accepted work may be considered for the conference proceedings where applicable and is presented during the event in Vaughan, Canada.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 2nd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example Strategic Analysis and Business Planning, Long-Term Planning and Organizational Goals or Digital Strategy and Business Transformation.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
