Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your registration for ICITCS 2027, the conference secretariat can issue an official invitation letter confirming your acceptance and participation role — whether as a presenting author, session chair, or attending delegate. This letter is provided as a courtesy document to support your travel planning and institutional reimbursement processes.
Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal after payment of the applicable registration fee has been confirmed. Please ensure that all personal details, including your full legal name and institutional affiliation, are accurately entered, as these will be reflected verbatim in the issued document.
It is important to note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICITCS 2027 organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by Canadian immigration authorities. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant government bodies, and applicants are strongly advised to begin their visa application process well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to ICITCS 2027 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each paper evaluated by a minimum of two independent experts drawn from the conference’s international technical program committee. Reviewers assess submissions on the basis of originality, technical soundness, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the conference scope before acceptance decisions are communicated to authors.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- Outstanding papers selected by the technical program committee will receive a formally engraved Best Paper Award certificate, publicly acknowledged during the conference’s closing ceremony and prominently featured across all official ICITCS 2027 communications and publications.
- Winning authors will also be extended a personal invitation to submit an expanded and enhanced version of their recognized work to a partner journal or edited volume associated with the conference, providing an accelerated pathway toward high-visibility archival publication.
