- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the 29th International Conference on African Business and Technology is pleased to provide official invitation letters to attendees who require documentation for travel planning purposes. These letters confirm your participation in the conference and include relevant event details such as dates, venue location in Toronto, Canada, and the nature of the academic program.
To request an invitation letter, participants must complete their conference registration and payment in full. The letter will be issued directly by the conference secretariat and is intended to support attendees in making visa applications, obtaining institutional travel approval, or securing funding from their home organizations or universities.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not guarantee, influence, or constitute a commitment regarding the outcome of any visa or travel authorization application. All immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority of Canada, and applicants are encouraged to begin the visa process well in advance of the conference dates.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 29th edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example AI applications in African healthcare delivery, E-commerce growth in emerging African markets or Gender equity in African tech entrepreneurship.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every submission to the 29th International Conference on African Business and Technology undergoes a double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated by reviewers in relevant areas of African business, economics, or technology. Reviewers assess submissions on originality, methodological soundness, relevance to the conference themes, and the quality of argumentation before recommendations are returned to the program committee.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
