Invitation Letter Support
Registered participants who require an official invitation letter for travel planning or institutional approval purposes may request one through the conference secretariat following successful completion of their registration. The letter is issued on formal conference letterhead and confirms the delegate’s acceptance, participation role, and the dates and location of the event in Burlington, Canada.
To initiate the request, delegates should submit their full legal name as it appears on their passport, institutional affiliation, and registration confirmation number. The secretariat endeavours to dispatch invitation letters within five to seven business days of receiving a complete request, ensuring sufficient lead time for travel arrangements and leave applications.
It is important to note that the invitation letter issued by the conference organisers is a document of participation confirmation only and does not constitute a guarantee, assurance, or endorsement of visa approval by any government authority. All visa applications remain subject to the sole discretion of the relevant immigration and border services authority of Canada, and delegates are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.
