Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the organizing committee of the 28th International Conference on Business Management is pleased to issue official invitation letters to confirmed attendees. These letters are provided to assist participants in making travel arrangements, securing institutional approvals, and fulfilling any administrative requirements associated with attending an international academic event in Vaughan, Canada.
Invitation letters are issued exclusively to individuals who have completed the registration process and, where applicable, had their submitted work accepted through the conference review system. The letter will include pertinent conference details such as dates, venue, and the registrant’s role — whether as a presenter, co-author, or attending delegate — and may be used to support leave applications or funding requests from home institutions.
Please note that while the conference organizing committee is happy to provide official documentation to support your travel preparation, the issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any governmental authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority of Canada, and applicants are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

Every submission to ICBM 2027 undergoes a double-blind peer review conducted by a minimum of two qualified reviewers drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee, ensuring impartial evaluation based on originality, methodological soundness, and contribution to business management scholarship.
