This document is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your registration status, participation dates, and the Toronto venue details, serving as credible supporting documentation for institutional travel approvals or travel grant applications.

To initiate your invitation letter request, please ensure your registration payment has been completed and verified, then submit your full name, institutional affiliation, passport number, and nationality through the designated request portal on the conference website. The secretariat endeavors to dispatch all invitation letters within five to seven business days of receiving a complete and verified request, allowing ample time for travel planning and administrative processing.

It is important to understand that the official ICABT 2027 invitation letter is a conference-issued administrative document and does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval, a visa itself, or any assurance of entry into Canada. Visa adjudication rests entirely with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and relevant consular authorities; applicants are strongly advised to initiate visa applications well in advance and consult official Canadian immigration resources for guidance on required documentation.
