These letters formally confirm your participation as a registered delegate, speaker, or author and are issued on official conference letterhead to facilitate any institutional or professional requirements.
To request an invitation letter, delegates must first complete their conference registration and receive confirmation of payment. The letter will include essential details such as the conference title, dates, location, and the registrant’s role — whether as a presenting author, session chair, or general attendee — and is typically dispatched within five business days of a verified registration submission.
Please note that while the ICITCS 2027 invitation letter serves as an official document supporting your attendance at the conference, it does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. All visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant government authorities, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates through the appropriate consular or immigration channels.
