Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, participants may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel arrangements and institutional leave applications. The letter will confirm your registration status, the conference dates, and the venue location in Brampton, Canada, and will be issued on official conference letterhead within three to five business days of receipt of your request.
Invitation letters are also available to support visa applications to Canadian immigration authorities. The secretariat will include all relevant conference details required by embassies and consular offices, and authors whose papers have been accepted may additionally request that their acceptance status be referenced in the letter to strengthen their application documentation.
