To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their conference registration and receive confirmation of payment. The letter can then be requested through the official conference portal, and the secretariat endeavours to issue all letters promptly to ensure attendees have adequate time to manage their travel logistics before the Brampton event.

Please note that while the conference secretariat is committed to providing accurate and complete invitation documentation, the issuance of this letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada.
