The invitation letter will include pertinent details such as your full name, affiliated institution, the conference title, dates, and venue location in Toronto, Canada. This documentation is designed to assist participants in communicating the legitimacy and professional standing of the event to employers, funding bodies, or university administration offices that require formal justification for attendance-related expenses or absences.
Please be aware that the issuance of an invitation letter by the ICITCS 2027 organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa and immigration decisions rest solely with the relevant governmental and consular authorities, and participants are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates through the appropriate official channels.
