Registered participants of the 25th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology may request an official invitation letter to support their travel arrangements, conference visa applications, or institutional approval processes. This letter is issued by the conference organizing secretariat and confirms the individual’s accepted role—whether as a presenter, attendee, or session chair—along with the event’s dates and Toronto venue details.
To receive your personalized invitation letter, please complete your registration and payment in full, then submit a formal request through the conference portal, providing your full legal name as it appears on your travel documents, your institutional affiliation, and your country of residence. The secretariat typically processes and dispatches invitation letters within five to seven business days of receiving a complete and verified request.
Please be aware that the invitation letter issued by the conference organizing committee is a document of support and confirmation only. It does not constitute a guarantee, promise, or endorsement of visa approval by the Canadian government or any immigration authority, and the conference bears no responsibility for decisions made by visa-issuing bodies.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All abstracts and full-paper submissions to the 25th International Conference on African Culture and Sociology undergo a structured double-blind peer review process conducted by an international scientific committee whose members hold expertise in African studies, sociology, anthropology, and cognate disciplines. Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
- The recipient of the Best Paper Award will receive a formal certificate of excellence signed by the conference chair, along with a cash prize presented during the closing ceremony to recognize outstanding scholarly contribution to African cultural and sociological research.
- Winning papers will be fast-tracked for consideration in a curated post-conference publication and will be prominently featured in the conference’s official communications, social media channels, and the 25th anniversary commemorative proceedings volume.
