Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, delegates may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel preparations. Invitation letters are dispatched electronically within five business days of a verified registration and full payment. If your institution or funding body requires additional documentation—such as an abstract acceptance notice or a formal programme confirmation—please indicate this at the time of your request so the secretariat can prepare a comprehensive package.
