Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, delegates may request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat to support their travel preparations. These letters are issued on institutional letterhead and confirm your participation status, registration details, and the conference dates and venue in Toronto, Canada.
Invitation letters are dispatched electronically within five business days of a verified registration and full payment. If your institution or funding body requires additional documentation—such as an abstract acceptance notice or a formal programme confirmation—please indicate this at the time of your request so the secretariat can prepare a comprehensive package.
Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter by the conference organizers does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada.
