Invitation Letter Support
To support the participation of international delegates, the 24th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership provides official invitation letters upon request following successful registration. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include relevant details such as the event dates, venue, and the registrant’s confirmed participation status, serving as formal documentation of your acceptance to the conference.
Invitation letters are intended solely to facilitate the administrative and logistical aspects of attending the conference, including applications for institutional funding, travel grants, or leave of absence approvals. Requests for invitation letters must be submitted through the official registration portal, and letters will only be issued to delegates who have completed a valid registration and, where applicable, paid the required registration fees.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the conference organizing committee does not in any way guarantee the approval of a visa or travel authorization by any government or immigration authority. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant embassy or consulate of the destination country, and attendees are strongly encouraged to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference date.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.

Peer Review Details
All submissions to the 24th International Conference on Women in Business and Leadership undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process, with each manuscript evaluated by a minimum of two subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee.
