Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your registration for ICITCS 2027, you may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This document is issued on conference letterhead and includes your full name, institutional affiliation, registered presentation or attendance status, and the precise conference dates and Vaughan venue details, serving as supporting documentation for institutional travel approval or funding applications.
To request your invitation letter, delegates should submit a completed request form through the conference management portal along with proof of registration payment. The secretariat endeavors to issue letters within five business days of a verified request, and the document can be provided in both digital PDF format and, where required, as a signed physical copy dispatched by international courier at the delegate’s arrangement.
Please note that while ICITCS 2027 is pleased to provide official invitation letters as a courtesy to registered delegates, the issuance of this document does not in any way guarantee the granting of a travel visa or entry permit to Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and delegates are strongly advised to initiate visa applications well in advance of the conference dates, consulting official government immigration resources for guidance.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
