Invitation Letter Support
Upon registration confirmation, the ICBM 2027 Secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to accepted authors, presenters, and registered delegates who require documentation for institutional approval, travel funding applications, or employer authorization. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and detail the nature of the event, the applicant’s role, and the scheduled dates and location in Vaughan, Canada.
Invitation letters are typically dispatched within five to seven business days of successful registration and full payment processing. Attendees requiring expedited documentation due to grant deadlines or institutional timelines are encouraged to contact the organizing committee directly, and every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate urgent requests in a timely manner.
Please note that while the ICBM 2027 organizing committee is committed to supporting attendees through the documentation process, the issuance of an official invitation letter does not guarantee the granting of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration and consular authorities of Canada and your country of residence, and applicants are advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.
