Registration Fees
- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, delegates to the 23rd International Conference on Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Sustainability may request an official invitation letter issued by the conference secretariat. This document confirms your acceptance and participation in the event and is provided to support any administrative or institutional requirements you may have.
Invitation letters are typically issued within three to five business days of completed registration and payment. The letter will include pertinent details such as the conference title, dates, location in Toronto, Canada, and your name and affiliation as registered. Requests should be submitted through the official portal using the designated form.
Please note that while the conference secretariat is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants, the issuance of such a letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates.
Before You Register
- Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person. If your visa is refused, you get 50% off one new registration for a later edition in your name.
- Your invitation letter is emailed within 3 to 5 business days after your payment is verified.
- You arrange your own visa, travel and accommodation.

Paper and Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit abstracts, research papers, case studies, review papers or professional practice presentations.
All submissions are reviewed before acceptance. Submitted work should be original and not previously published.
For the 23rd edition, papers can cover any of the conference tracks, for example ESG integration in startup ecosystems, Corporate sustainability and intrapreneurship or Innovation for climate resilience.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
All submitted manuscripts and abstracts are evaluated through a double-blind peer review process, ensuring impartial assessment by reviewers in the field. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the relevant subfields of entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainability, and authors receive structured, constructive feedback regardless of the acceptance outcome.

Best Paper Award
The Best Paper Award will be announced at the conference closing session. The winner will be rewarded with:
