Invitation Letter Support
ICCAE 2027 is pleased to provide official invitation letters to registered participants who require formal documentation for travel and administrative purposes. Once your registration and payment have been successfully processed, you may submit a request through the conference secretariat portal, and a personalized letter bearing the conference details will be issued within five business days.
The invitation letter will include essential information such as the conference title, dates, venue location in Toronto, Canada, and the registrant’s full name and affiliation as provided during sign-up. This document is intended solely to support participants in communicating their conference participation to their home institutions, funding bodies, or travel coordinators.
Please note that the issuance of an official invitation letter by the ICCAE 2027 organizing committee does not constitute a guarantee of visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the relevant immigration authorities, and applicants are strongly advised to initiate their visa applications well in advance of the conference dates and to consult the appropriate consulate or embassy for country-specific requirements.

Call for Papers – 23rd International Conference on Civil and Architectural Engineering
ICCAE 2027 invites authors from across the globe to submit original research manuscripts that push the boundaries of civil and architectural engineering knowledge. Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
Peer Review Details
Every manuscript submitted to ICCAE 2027 undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer review conducted by a minimum of two independent subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Reviewers evaluate submissions on the basis of originality, methodological soundness, clarity of exposition, and relevance to civil and architectural engineering advancement.
