Invitation Letter Support
Upon successful registration, the conference organizing committee is pleased to provide official invitation letters to support attendees in their travel and administrative planning. These letters are issued on conference letterhead and include the attendee’s name, affiliation, presentation details where applicable, and the dates and location of the event in Ajax, Canada.
Invitation letters are primarily intended to assist registered participants in obtaining institutional approval for travel funding, securing leave of absence from their universities or organizations, or fulfilling any administrative requirements associated with international academic travel. Requests for invitation letters should be submitted through the official conference portal after full registration and payment have been confirmed.
Please be advised that the issuance of an official conference invitation letter does not guarantee the approval of a visa or entry permit to Canada. Visa decisions rest entirely with the immigration authorities of the Government of Canada, and all applicants are encouraged to apply well in advance and consult the appropriate embassy or consulate for guidance specific to their nationality and circumstances.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.

All submitted manuscripts and abstracts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by subject-matter experts drawn from the conference’s international scientific committee. Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, theoretical rigor, methodological soundness, and relevance to the conference’s thematic focus on African culture and sociology.
