To request an invitation letter, participants must first complete their registration and payment process in full. The letter will be issued in the name of the registered attendee and will include relevant conference details such as the title, dates, and location in Markham, Canada. Requests are typically processed within a defined window following registration confirmation, and participants are advised to apply well in advance of any administrative or travel deadlines.
Please note that while the conference invitation letter is a legitimate document confirming your participation in the event, it does not guarantee the issuance of a visa or travel authorization by any government authority. Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or immigration body of the destination country, and the conference organizing committee holds no influence over those outcomes.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.

- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
