- Early Bird Author Registration – US$499 For authors keen on availing a $100 discount on the regular registration fee, early bird registration is recommended.
- Regular Author Registration – US$599 If the early bird deadline has been missed, authors can opt for the regular registration process.
- Listener Registration – US$499 Individuals interested in attending the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as listeners.
- Speaker Registration – US$699 Individuals interested in speaking at the conference to expand their knowledge and network can register as speakers.

Invitation Letter Support
Upon completing your registration for the 22nd International Conference on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, you may formally request an official invitation letter from the conference secretariat. This letter is issued on conference letterhead and confirms your acceptance status, registration details, presentation role where applicable, and the event dates and location in Markham, Canada. It provides the documentation commonly required by embassies and consular offices when applying for a travel visa.
Invitation letters are dispatched electronically within three to five business days of a verified registration and full payment confirmation. Authors presenting accepted papers may additionally request a supplementary letter acknowledging their scholarly contribution to the conference program. All requests should be submitted through the designated form on the conference portal, and applicants are advised to begin the visa application process well in advance of the conference dates to allow sufficient consular processing time.
While the conference secretariat is committed to providing thorough and accurate invitation documentation to every registered participant, issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval or entry into Canada. Visa decisions rest exclusively with the relevant immigration authority and are subject to each applicant’s individual circumstances, supporting documentation, and the policies of the issuing country’s consulate. The conference organizers accept no liability for visa refusals or travel disruptions.

Submission Guidelines
- Submissions must be written in English.
- Submissions must be original and relevant to the conference theme.
- Abstracts should clearly describe the purpose, method, findings and relevance of the work.
- Full papers should normally be between 4 and 12 pages.
- Authors must complete registration after acceptance to confirm participation.
